Can I customize or personalize a piece of jewelry?
Yes. We specialize in custom fine jewelry and bespoke engagement rings. If you’re interested in a personalized design, our team is happy to work with you to bring your vision to life. Contact us to get started.
What is your return policy?
Outside of this period, our return policy is that we offer store credit within 7 days of receiving your purchase—no refunds. All returns require approval and must be in original condition with packaging.
Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, and final sale items—including rings with custom sizes, initials, or birthstones—cannot be returned or exchanged. Rings ordered online are considered special orders and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if canceled or exchanged.
What is your exchange policy?
To exchange an item, package it in the original box with your exchange form, and use the pre-paid return label provided. Drop it off at UPS or FedEx, depending on the label. For domestic orders, shipping fees apply on your new order if it’s under $500; for international orders, you’ll be charged for both return and new order shipping.
Do you offer price matching during a sale period?
If you placed an order within 14 days prior to the start of a sale, we’re happy to offer you a store credit for the difference you would have saved with the promotion. Please note that refunds will not be issued for price adjustments.
Do you offer ring resizing services?
Yes, we offer ring resizing; however, it depends on the style. Rings with stones or enamel on the band cannot be resized. For eligibility and pricing, please reach out to our team—we’re happy to help find the perfect fit!
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes! We only use natural, ethically sourced diamonds and work with trusted suppliers to ensure responsible sourcing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, Affirm, ShopPay. Payment is processed at the time of purchase, and we can only accept one form of payment per order—payments cannot be split across multiple credit cards.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?

What should I do if my jewelry needs repair?
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry, but if you need a repair, we’re happy to help! Contact our team with details and photos, and we’ll guide you through the repair process or submit a request here.
Can I book an in-person showroom appointment?
Yes! You can book an appointment at our Chandler showroom for a personalized fine jewelry shopping experience.
How can I find my ring size?
We offer a ring size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, you can also order a ring sizer or visit a local jeweler for professional sizing.
Do you offer jewelry insurance?
While we don’t provide insurance directly, we highly recommend insuring your fine jewelry through Jewelers Mutual or a similar provider for added protection. If you need an appraisal for insurance purposes, we are happy to provide this for you complimentary.

Is there a warranty on my jewelry?
We offer complimentary repairs within 120 days of purchase. After that, repair fees may apply. Please note that if your piece is altered or repaired by another jeweler, any warranty will be voided and we cannot be responsible for the work done. Our repair policy does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones or damage due to exposure to chemicals or water.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
Yes, we welcome walk-in appointments! However, booking in advance allows us to better prepare and ensures we have an idea of the pieces you’re interested in. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of specific pieces at the time of your visit.
